ToplineTranslations' undertakings and responsibilities

ToplineTranslations undertakes to treat as confidential all texts it is entrusted with. This also applies to all information that ToplineTranslations may become aware of during the assignment regarding the client, the client's organisation and/or the client's product(s).

ToplineTranslations' responsibility for any possible mistakes or omissions in the translation(s) is limited to the correction of said mistakes and omissions at its own expense. Such undertaking may not exceed the value of the service(s) rendered by ToplineTranslations in consideration of the actual order. Any responsibility for accessory, indirect or resulting damage of any kind is hereby explicitly excluded.

Invoices and payments

ToplineTranslations will issue an invoice for the service(s) rendered immediately upon completion and delivery of the translation, payment of which is due within fourteen days in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.
